Michael Parker
Michael spent ~30yrs as a Managing Director/General Manager at CBA, Merrill Lynch & Macquarie - advising and partnering with CEOs, CFOs and Boards to assist with investments and funding: evaluation, structuring, planning and decisions:
- 12+ years as head of the teams building both CBA's high quality business project strategy & execution, and its bank capital efficiency.
- More than 16 years building innovative investment and funding solutions, at Merrill Lynch and Macquarie Bank (raising efficient capital for banks, M&A, assets and infrastructure).
In between these roles, Michael ran the Investment Banks division of ASIC, responsible for the supervision of Investment Banks, Hedge Funds and Complex Products.
Michael started as a finance lawyer. He graduated from the University of Sydney with:

Madeleine Beaumont CFA, GAICD
Madeleine is a Senior Portfolio Manager, having worked for 25+ years at major international funds.
She has extensive experience managing Australian and Global Equities in Sydney and London.
These roles have given Madeleine extensive experience with strategy, financials and C-Suite of major listed companies in Australia and Europe.
Madeleine brings deep experience in financial statement analysis, valuations and reviewing company strategy.
Madeleine has a particular interest in sustainability and corporate governance, having been part of the team that established one of the very early sustainability focussed funds.
